Side by side!
Copia vs Barn2Door
Barn2Door is an all-in-one farm store, website and point of sale, with subscriptions. Copia adds CSA memberships to the Shopify store you already have.
One store or two?
If you already sell on Shopify, Barn2Door is a second place to sell, with its own checkout and its own customer list. Copia adds your CSA to the store you have, so members are Shopify customers alongside everyone else who buys from you.
Choose Barn2Door if…
- You sell meat or other products by weight
- You sell retail and wholesale with separate price sheets (Business plan and up)
- You want drivers who pick up from your farm and deliver for you (Delivery-as-a-Service, Scale plan billed yearly)
- You want a farm store, website and in-person card reader from one company
Choose Copia if…
- You already sell on Shopify and want one store, not two
- You don’t want a setup fee: Barn2Door’s is $399 to $599
- You’d rather not pay a fee based on your sales: Copia’s price follows your members
- You want CSA members in the same Shopify customer list as everyone else who shops with you

Set up Copia and import them
Add Copia to your Shopify store and follow the setup checklist, then upload your member file and pick the season, billing and pickup or delivery for everyone at once. Or have us do it in a setup package.
How importing works - 3
Start after your last delivery
Date your first Copia delivery after your last one in Barn2Door, so no box is billed twice or missed. Copia doesn’t save cards (members pay each bill from an emailed invoice), so there are no saved cards to move.
Prices and descriptions from Barn2Door’s own site (pricing page, subscriptions, delivery day, email marketing, point of sale) and Copia’s, as of October 22, 2026, using Barn2Door’s lowest plan that runs a CSA and the Copia plan that costs least at your member count.
