Every bill is a Shopify order

Copia has no checkout of its own. Members pay a Shopify invoice like any online order, and Copia marks their box paid when they do. Everything Copia creates is tagged, so you can filter it in Shopify.

Credits come off on their own

Skips and pauses can add credit to a member’s balance, and it comes off their next bill. Add a credit for a damaged box, or a one-off charge for a replaced cooler bag, from the member page.

Invoices that stay right

When a box changes after its invoice went out, Copia shows the difference and replaces the invoice with a corrected one. Running billing twice for the same date never bills anyone twice.
