Do I need a Shopify store to use Copia?
Yes. Copia is a Shopify app, so you need an active Shopify subscription (Basic plan at $39/mo or higher). Copia runs inside your existing store — it doesn't replace it.
What happens if I go over my member limit?
You'll be charged a per-member overage rate at the end of each billing cycle. The overage rate depends on your plan: $0.75/member on Founding or Seedling, $0.60 on Grower, and $0.50 on Harvest.
Is the Founding Farm price really locked forever?
Yes. The $29/mo base rate is locked for the life of your account. Overages still apply if you go above 50 members, but the base price will never increase — even as we add features or raise prices for new customers. You can switch to another plan at anytime.
How many Founding Farm spots are left?
We're capping the Founding Farm program at 10 farms. As of now, 10 spots remain. Once they're gone, they're gone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, your Copia data remains accessible in Shopify — because your members are native Shopify customers.
Is there a free trial?
We don't have a self-serve free trial right now, but we offer a 20-minute demo where you can see the full platform live. Book one using the link above.

Is Copia free to set up myself?
Yes — completely free. Our onboarding wizard walks you through everything. These design packages are for farms that want a professional to build their Shopify store and brand identity. You're not paying for software setup — you're paying for design and labor.
What if I already have a Shopify store?
No problem. We can work with your existing store and either refresh it or build on top of what you have. We'll scope this in the discovery call.
Can I migrate my members from CSAware or another platform?
Yes. All packages include member data migration. We'll import your existing members, their share tiers, pickup locations, and credit balances into Copia.
How do revisions work?
Starter includes one round of minor revisions. Custom Brand includes one full revision round. Full Rebrand includes two full revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at $150/hour.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo files (if you have them), any brand guidelines, your current member list as a CSV, and 30 minutes for a discovery call. We handle everything from there.
