Copia plans and pricing
What each plan includes, how member overages are counted, and how to change or cancel your plan.
You pay for Copia through your regular Shopify bill. There’s no separate card or invoice. Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in how many members are included and what each extra member costs.

Founding Farm is for the first farms to join Copia. It keeps its $29 base price for as long as you stay subscribed, and includes a listing on copia.farm, early access to new features and direct founder support.
How members are counted
On the 1st of each month, Copia counts your active members. Anyone above your plan’s included amount is charged at your plan’s per-member rate. Shopify adds the charge to your next bill.
- Counted: active members, including trial members while they’re active
- Not counted: paused, cancelled and waitlisted members
Which plan is cheapest? Seedling with 70 members costs $49 + 20 × $0.75 = $64. Grower costs $99. Once Seedling’s extra-member charges pass about $50 a month (roughly 117 members), Grower is the better deal.
Change or cancel your plan
Go to Copia → Settings → Plan → Manage plan. Pick a new plan and approve the change in Shopify. The new price shows up on your Shopify bill.
To stop paying, click Cancel subscription on the same page. Your Copia data stays while the app is installed. See what happens if you uninstall.
Free trials
Your free trial starts the first time you choose a plan, and you only get one per store. If you uninstall and reinstall during your trial, you get the remaining days, not a fresh trial. If your trial was already used, billing starts as soon as you choose a plan.
If billing stops
If your plan is cancelled or a Shopify charge isn’t approved, Copia limits the menu until you choose a plan again. Your members, seasons and history are all kept.
